Warranty and RMAPROCEDUREIt is necessary to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior returning any products. Our shipping and receiving department reserves the right to refuse any shipment that does not have a valid RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Original Purchaser must return product to Company in a carton suitable for shipping, and shall use its best efforts to protect product(s) with appropriate packing material. To receive RMA number, contact Customer Service department (800-884-8592). STANDARD WARRANTYIVR Controls, LLC (Company) warrants its products to the Original Purchaser be free from defects in material and workmanship, normal wear and tear excepted, for two years from the date shipped to Original Purchaser. This warranty may not be transferred to a third party. The warranty shall be null and void if any of the following conditions are determined to exist; (1) damage was caused due to a natural occurrence, such as power surge, lightning strike, fire, flood, etc., (2) unauthorized repair, (3) alteration of serial or MAC number(s), (4) vandalism, (5) improper application, installation or maintenance, (6) installation outside of stated operating parameters, (7) service or repair by anyone other than a Repair or Service center authorized by Company. This warranty provides you with specific rights. You may have other rights that vary from state to state. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYOriginal Purchaser assumes all liability for, and agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any and all lawsuits, demands, or causes of action. In no event will Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages whether arising from loss of data or video, interrupted operation of equipment, software malfunction or failure. Employees, agents, distributors and dealers of the Company have no authority to modify, alter or edit this warranty in any manner or make any additional warranty binding on the Company. RETURN FOR REPAIRReturned products must include a description of the problem. All products returned will be tested to determine the cause and nature of defect. Upon confirmation of defect, the product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Company, and returned to Original Purchaser freight pre-paid. In the event the product is determined to be in working order, it will be returned incurring a charge for parts and labor. NON WARRANTY REPAIRSCharges will be incurred for all out of warranty products. Original Purchaser must pay all shipping costs to repair center, all repair costs, and shipping costs to return the product. Non-warranty repairs shall have a 90 day warranty from the date shipped back to Original Purchaser. RETURN FOR CREDITCompany, at its sole discretion, may authorize and accept a product return for credit. Product must be unused and in original carton complete with all documentation, packing materials, connectors, etc. Original product must have been purchased no more than 45 days prior to request for return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be returned to Company freight pre-paid. Original Purchaser must receive CRA (Credit Return Authorization) number prior to returning any product. CRA number must be written on the outside of the shipping carton. Any returns without the authorized number will be refused, and will be returned freight collect. |
