What You Need to Know About Your Converter:

Analog to digital converter (sometimes referred to as a video server) are only required when using analog cameras. The converter has 4 inputs, so it can manage up to four analog cameras at a time. The device takes the input analog video signal and then converts it to a digital video signal before outputting it to be viewed or recorded. The converter also allows for converting (upgrading) a DVR to digital technology by taking the looping video outputs and connecting into the converter.
